Drawing Checker

Evergreen Engineering^®, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced full-time Drawing Checker to join our expanding company and innovative team.

General Responsibilities:

• Checks drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard drafting practices and company standards
• Performs detailed dimensional and bill of material checks
• Checks for interferences, constructability, interdisciplinary coordination, maintenance access, client standards, and completeness
• Works with Engineering and Design teams to resolve discrepancies
• Performs additional responsibilities, as directed

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical, structural, and/or electrical drafting and checking; industrial experience highly desired
• Understanding of industry standard drafting practices
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work
• Ability to navigate 3D models to verify locations, elevations, coordinates, etc.
• Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Plant3D, Inventor, and Navisworks is a plus.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with flexible schedule options. Initial preference is to be in-office, with available telecommuting or hybrid option after adequate onboarding.
