Danielle is Co-CEO of Evergreen and the Director of Operations & Finance, managing the firm’s Accounting, Administrative, Human Resource, and IT departments.
Her responsibilities include overseeing overall corporate day-to-day activities for Evergreen. She oversees the internal finance and human resource tasks of Evergreen, working to ensure proper function of all financial administration and financial processes, including accounting and budgets, employee salaries and benefits, and other internal processes. She hires and supervises staff in daily operations, and assists with other department interviews and recruiting. Danielle directs the implementation of IT and drives progression in office equipment and software, guaranteeing that the company stays current with technology advancement.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family going camping, fishing, and working on their farm together.
